Due : March 19th You can mail or drop off your payment to Bonnie Schneider or you can drop into the Birch & Beaver on Wednesday March 19th as we have arranged to be there for your payment convenience between 6pm - 8pm. |

| Preliminary Rosters Just first & last names necessary for preliminary rosters |
Due : BEFORE your first game |
| Final Rosters All information required on final roster - can be sent on email or by fax |
Due : On of BEFORE June 30th |
| Uniforms Needed for start of season - waivers can be given out up to June 1st by League |
Due : Week of May 4th (start of season) |

**Please email first if you're going to drop anything off to ensure
Bonnie is home so she can write you a receipt for your payment.
Receipts are written no matter what the form of payment ON THE SPOT so
if you mail in a payment Bonnie will mail you a receipt back even if it
is paid by cheque or credit card**
