Early Registration Meeting Birch & Beaver	At this meeting you will complete all registration forms and ask any questions you want to know about.  Also you will be required to pay your teams $100 deposit.  WEDNESDAY FEBRUARY 13, 2008 @ 7:30pm
BESPL Drop In Birch & Beaver NEW DATE	We have arranged to be at the Birch & Beaver on Wednesday March 19th between 6:00pm - 8:00pm for your initial payment (1st 50%) convenience.  You may mail or drop off your payment to Bonnie Schneider in advance of March 19th or you can drop into the B&B between 6 - 8pm. WEDNESDAY MARCH 19, 2008 between 6:00 - 8:00pm
Pre-Season Meeting Birch & Beaver	At this meeting you will receive your balls, score sheets, mats and all other information required before the start of the season.  Also at this meeting your last 50% of your league fees are due. WEDNESDAY APRIL 16, 2008 @ 7:30pm Please have a representative at this meeting on behalf of your team.  If you and your alternate rep are not available send your mom, dad, grandma, grandpa lol it doesn't matter but please have someone pick up your balls, score sheets, mats etc etc.
