At this meeting you will complete all registration forms and

required to pay a $100 deposit at this time. Please
note ALL teams are required to pay the $100 deposit but only the

We have arranged to be at Real Stars on
Wednesday
March 10th between 6:00pm - 8:30pm for your initial payment (1st
50%) convenience. You may mail or drop off your payment to
the Extreme HQ's in advance of March 10th or you can drop in on
the 10th between 6 - 8:30pm. WEDNESDAY MARCH 10, 2010 between 6:00 - 8:30pm |

At this meeting you will receive your balls, score sheets,
mats and all other information required before the start of the
season. Also at this meeting your last 50% of your league
fees are due. WEDNESDAY APRIL 14, 2010 @ 7:00pm Please have a representative at this meeting on behalf of your team. If you and your alternate rep are not available send your mom, dad, grandma, grandpa it doesn't matter but please have someone pick up your balls, score sheets, mats etc etc. |
